Attention: Each registration must be fully paid prior to the start of the Conference to guarantee access to the event and all remaining fee conditions.
Visa Information
Citizens of countries outside the Schengen Area might need to apply for a Visa before traveling to Portugal. Check the following websites for further information:

Applicants can send an e-mail to the Conference Secretariat requesting a Letter of Acceptance and need to provide their full name, date of birth, passport number and passport expiry date (to be included in the Letter). Applicants must be an author of an accepted abstract (oral or poster).
Conference Cancelation Policy
Cancelations and refunds must be requested by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat. The conditions are:
– Registrations cancelled until 10 June 2025 will be refunded 80% of the respective registration fee
– Registrations cancelled from 11 June 2025 onwards will not be eligible for a refund
