How to submit an Abstract

1) Please write your abstract manuscript using the provided Template Format. Only submissions following this template will be accepted.
2) Send your final abstract manuscript (either in DOCX or PDF format) by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat with subject ABSTRACT SUBMISSION. Please include in the e-mail text your preference regarding Oral or Poster presentation.

 

ATTENTION

– For Oral presentations, only one (1) abstract per registered participant will be accepted.
– For Poster presentations, up to two (2) abstracts per registered participant will be accepted.
– Other situations of multiple abstracts from the same presenting author will be separately reviewed by the Committees before final acceptance.
– Only abstracts with complete and fully paid registrations until 30 June 2025 will be included in the Final Programme and the Conference Book.
– The Conference’s official language is English.
